The Social Media Strategy Session is the starting point for all new clients needing help with their social media management and is held over 2 x 1 hour meetings. Meeting 1 is information gathering and sharing, discussing the operational aspects of your business, the types of messages you want to share, your audience as well as your personal and business brands. In this meeting, we will also discuss the algorithms and best practices, scheduling tools for easy social media management, as well as conduct a high level brainstorm of ideas.
This information is then taken and a social media audit is conducted, sample key messages developed and target market research is conducted to help you better engage in online communities.
Session 2 is where these findings are presented, including an action plan, key message samples and content ideas.
Absolutely! Part of the service offered is to review websites, including imagery, links and copy, and assess where value can be added.
